The field in general is very misunderstood. Owning a DSLR camera body does not make one a professional. Your images will endure some post processing to make them look how you expect them too. There is preparation of ordering, packaging, and delivering. It’s not simply point and click. If you’re going to spend your hard earned money on “customized portraits” then spend it wisely. Do your research on your photographer. They should have a professional image and website and the required licenses for running a business in the State of Colorado. Are they members of any organizations or charities? Do they print with a professional printing lab that only serves to professional photographers? (Believe it or not Snapfish , Shutterfly , Costco , etc. are NOT considered professional printing labs because it is impossible to calibrate a monitor to their printers.)

After you have decided whether or not you like our style of photography, you need to make yourself familiar with our policies and rates.

**NOTE: We are not Shoot-n-Burn Photographers. We do not “give away” CD’s of images. They are available for purchase once a required purchase amount has been met. NO EXCEPTIONS**

Session Retainers

Retainers must be paid in full within 3 days of booking to secure your session date and time. Retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE!!! However, if you or your child falls ill, I too am a parent. I understand sometimes plans need to be moved to a different day… If this is the case, your retainer will follow thru. You may reschedule 1 time per session , and the new date must be with in 2 weeks of the originally scheduled session. NO EXCEPTIONS!
